Leila Abdul-Rauf and Sholeh Asgary dig far and wide, allowing their voices and textures to meander through spaces, sometimes dissolving into one another and at other times standing in stark contrast—haunting, echoing, and layering in ways that feel both intimate and immense. Their voices serve as both anchor and apparition, shifting between the lucid and the obscured as they weave through electronic and acoustic instrumentation. Embracing the dissonant and the spectral, they let sound stretch and contract, drift and collide, creating spaces where resonance is as much about absence as presence.
